(I couldn’t find your ask box, so…) I think the anime is doing pretty well, personally; my biggest problem (and honestly, my only one!) with Ash is HOW HE DOESN’T LEARN OR UTILIZE HIS TYPE MATCHUPS. I’m still kind of bitter about his first Gym battle to be honest, though that one is mostly just me being a Poke-gaming prick tbh

You get the S.S. Ticket after going on a date with your rival at the end of the Delta Episode, but there is no Battle Frontier (yet), instead it’s the Battle Resort (basically just the Battle Maison 2.0)
